Setting: South of Jasper National Park on Highway 93

This was an unexpected gem when travelling between Banff and Jasper National Parks. It is widely known that being near water has its health benefits, but rushing, falling water holds increased benefits with the release of negative ions that enhance the feeling of wellbeing. When I approached the falls to take photos, I could feel the rumble of the water vibrating the ground beneath my feet; its sound was a deep, low rumble. So, exhilarating!
