Eggs

A few years ago, our neighbors started keeping free-range chickens, which meant they enjoyed our yard as much as their own. We would occasionally be rewarded for our trouble with the odd basket of fresh eggs. At the time there was chatter on the internet about another Avian Flu outbreak driving up egg prices in the US and I couldn’t help but wonder if those farmers were putting all their eggs in one basket.
